For though we live in the flesh, we do not wage war according to the flesh. The weapons of our warfare are not the weapons of the world. Instead, they have divine power to demolish strongholds. We tear down arguments, and every presumption set up against the knowledge of God; and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ. 2 Corinthians 10:4-5

This is a spiritual world, deeper than what the eye can see. Witches, warlocks, fortune tellers, blood sacrifices, secret societies, mind control, spiritual attacks, cults, the occult, magic, MK ultra, its all real. Only God knows why He allowed me to experience santeria, witchcraft, tarot card reading, astrology and idolatry in celebrities… why He has also allowed me to firsthand experience demons fleeing and screaming in terror at the name of Jesus.

To experience deliverance myself its inexplicable, but the power of Jesus is beyond. The purpose of God is beyond. It’s hard and, actually it is inappropriate to tell someone that they need deliverance, much worse to phrase it in the crude words “you need to be delivered from demons”, or “you are bound by demons”.

Once we accept Jesus Christ as Lord, He becomes our owner and our leader. This is why not many people truly come to Christ because they may confess but not receive in their heart or vice versa. The only way we can over demonic activity in our lives is by primarily acknowledging GOD. We must also acknowledge that we have an enemy. And we must know the scriptures, and truly meditate on them until they become our reality in case they have not.

Demonic activity includes, but is not limited to:

  • demonic influence on our carnal senses (temptations)

  • demonic sickness (oppression)

  • Mind control and confusion (torment)

We don’t fight against flesh and blood, we wrestle against principalities and powers, there is an underworld. There is an agenda coming against every Christian believer.

To have us backslide, to wear us out, to keep us from fulfilling our potential. In the fulfillment of our potential, is the work that Jesus came and died to accomplish – TO DESTROY THE WORKS  OF THE DEVIL.

THE ENEMY CAME TO STEAL, KILL AND DESTROY, BUT CHRIST CAME TO BRING LIFE AND LIFE IN ABUNDANCE. Why do we blame the enemy for everything? When it is in fact our own SELF that is lured into temptation, and our flesh who is accustomed to its old ways and even our heart who gives birth to sin.

There is only one truth when it comes to demonic activity- he cannot touch us but he will send arrows to take us out.

In the end #Christ wins. Christ already won, but we must give him entrance in order to access this victory, His victory.
If we are battling with smoking, we must hate the sin and call on Jesus and the scriptures to fight against that spirit that is invoking those desires on us.

If we are battling with sex, adultery, masturbation we need to hate these sins, because God expects us to hate sin- but often we do not – we like these sins. Let’s be honest.

Well, maybe you aren’t as honest as me, I am borderline reckless. I admit it. We hate what it does to us, but seldom do we hate it. After feeling unworthy, forsaken and/or contaminated- we learn, slowly but surely, to hate sin and to prevent its manifestation in our lives. After you have hated your sin, this gives you power over the sin and the spirit that MAY be influencing these desires, and your desire will shift from carnal desire to spiritual desire in which you will want and desire to call on JESUS. I know that no one has ever broken it down to me, but I am here giving you what I have learned along the way. Sin sucks, but we tend to like it. We need more grace to deal with sin, grace to hate sin and grace to overcome sin.

Let’s Pray:
Father God, I stand before you naked; you know my truths, you know my lies and you know if I have ever put on a front. I simply come to ask you for mercy, for all the believers and unbelievers alike. We do not resist you on our own accord, we do not do evil deeds because we hate you, but Lord we need your grace to move forward. I pray that our desires would shift today and moving forward, so that we may hate sin and love righteousness. May we love you, your purpose and your holiness in order to make the right decisions when it comes to dealing with our weaknesses. I pray you Lord would fill us more with glass cutting discernment, wisdom and a desire for the word of God, because there is authority in Christ JESUS. Everything must bow at the name of Jesus, in Jesus name I pray Amen.
