This prayer that Paul makes is really powerful, to pray for others or to pray for yourself. It’s the perfect pray against discouragement, heart break, and all types of exhaustion. What Paul is praying here, is for God’s infusion of power through His own presence, the Holy Spirit. So in interpretation, we are praying for God to infuse us with strength to deal with all and any situations.
