Much is given, Much is required

When he took the scroll, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb. Each one had a harp and golden bowls filled with incense, which are the prayers of the saints. Revelations 5:8

What we focus on is what becomes magnified in our life.

Joyce Meyer

Satan lies to us with things that seem to be true: you’re putting God first is a waste of time, your prayers are not reaching God, your sacrifice amounts to nothing, and so on.

It may seem that things are slow in coming but the Lord God has not forgotten what He has spoken over your life. He remembers and keeps a record of your prayers. So, even when you forget what you have prayed for… God does not forget!

For some of us it’s been years since we saw God come through in that specific way we’ve been asking for. But we can learn to enjoy our lives and our awesomey God even while we wait. We are blessed beyond measure, can you count your blessings?

If you’ve been praying, sacrificing and putting away your evil desires (we all have them) to get to His will… KEEP GOING!

God is a rewarder of those who seek Him!

Let’s pray:

Thank you Lord Jesus for your unmerited favor. Thank you for being our hope and strong tower when there is madness all around us. I pray that during the holidays my brothers and sisters are filled with hope and expectancy. May you remind them of your goodness and mercy towards them. In Jesus name, Amen.
